Sarah Turner

Built the website. Helped design the brand. Has mentioned it twice already today. Takes credit when things look good. Develops amnesia when things break. Runs on Lattes, Diet Coke, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Do not ask her about the font choices. She will tell you.

Packs every order by hand, which he will tell you about. Unprompted. Runs on Celsius — has never once been seen near a charger, phone perpetually at 3%. Takes every call on speaker in the most public setting possible. Has a "system" for shipping labels that is not a system.
